- Cabbage 450gms
- Onion 55gms
- Tomatoes 225gms
- Green pepper 55gms
- Cold water 590ml
- Butter 30gms
- Refined flour 30gms
- Milk 300ml
- Cheese 30gms
- Paprika 1/8 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper a pinch
- Wash and chop vegetables. All the seeds must be removed from the green pepper and it should be rinsed well before chopping.
- Put vegetables in a pan with water, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
- Add to vegetable mixture.
- Add cheese and paprika and stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
