INGREDIENTS
- Onion 1 (medium sized)
- Carrot 1/2 (medium sized)
- Celery 2-3 inch stalk
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Bayleaf 1 no
- Peppercorns 5-6
- Cloves 2-3
Method of preparation
- Peel, wash and slice onion and carrot. Wash and cut celery into small pieces. Peel and crush garlic.
- Take all the ingredients in a pan with 5 cups of war and bring it to a boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes and strain. Cool and store in a refrigerator till further use.
